Compassionate and Caring. If I had two words that described how I approach Life and Insurance it's those two words. I grew up in New Mexico around people from all kinds of cultures which gave me the ability to learn about those cultures and gain not only insights but compassion. While in New Mexico I developed a love for the game of soccer. Through soccer I got the opportunity to play against people from all over the world including the South African National Team and a couple of professional teams out of Mexico. After High School I got the chance to attend Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN and play soccer on their Men's team in 1994-1996. While in College I pursued a Bible degree and following college I spent a little than 20 years doing Full Time Ministry. Just before I started my ministry career I got my greatest blessing of marrying my wife Tammy in 1999. We've been blessed with three beautiful kids. We love exploring one of the largest counties in the state of North Carolina by going on hikes and bike rides and playing soccer in and around the area. I also love to coach soccer right here at home with local kids in Wings of Wilkes Soccer Club as well as at the Men's and Women's Soccer teams at Wilkes Central High School starting the Fall of 2020.

In 2015 I got the opportunity to pursue a career with State Farm Insurance. I knew that this was going to be an opportunity to interact with the community while still caring in a different way, specifically by providing Life Insurance for people in North Carolina. I love getting to share in the stories of customers who have become friends who have benefited from one of their loved ones important decisions to protect them. So many people here in Wilkes County, NC have allowed us to protect their Cars, Trucks, Homes, and I consider it a huge honor that someone would allow us with these most important things. It's easy to think that Car Insurance is all you need, or to think the only benefit of Home Insurance is for a new roof, but there are so many ways that we get to protect people with these products and I love helping people see those benefits.
